Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order items take 3–5 business days to produce before shipment.

Shipping Rates

FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders of $35 or more. Shipping rates for orders under $35 are shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Expedited shipping may be available when offered by the carrier at checkout. Transit time is separate from the processing or production time above.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Trayz N' Beyond is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. See our Refund Policy for details.
