Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Handmade items have a processing time of 3–5 business days before shipment.

FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Expedited Shipping: available when offered by carrier.

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Trayz N' Beyond is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable).

We currently ship within the United States only.
