3. Deposit & approval — A deposit is required to secure your custom order before production begins. All deposits are non-refundable.
4. We craft your piece — Once your deposit is received, your custom order is handcrafted to order and ships within 5–7 business days.

Due to the handcrafted nature of custom pieces, all custom orders are final sale. Deposits are non-refundable. We work closely with you to ensure you love the result before we begin.
