Refund policy

All Trayz n' Beyond products are handcrafted to order using premium epoxy resin. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on completed orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at erickowens@trayznbeyond.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to make it right — either a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or color variation, as each piece is unique and may vary slightly from photos due to the handmade nature of our products.
