Shipping policy

Processing Time

All Trayz n' Beyond products are handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after fulfillment (where available)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Orders

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at erickowens@trayznbeyond.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Trayz n' Beyond is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
