Every piece from Trayz N' Beyond is handcrafted to order. Here's exactly what to expect when you place a custom order with us.
How It Works
Step 1 — Choose Your Design
Browse our collections or reach out directly to discuss a custom concept. Select your color palette, mica tones, and glitter combinations to make your piece uniquely yours.
Step 2 — Place Your Order
Add your item to cart and complete checkout. For fully custom commissions, visit our Commissions page to submit your request before purchasing.
Step 3 — Production
Once your order is confirmed, we begin crafting your piece. Each item is poured, cured, sanded, and polished by hand. Please allow 5–7 business days for production.
Step 4 — Quality Check & Ship
Every order goes through a final quality inspection before it's carefully packaged and shipped to you. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does production take?
Most orders are completed within 5–7 business days. During high-demand periods, production may take up to 10 business days. You'll always be notified if there's a delay.
Can I request a specific color or design?
Absolutely. We offer full color customization including mica pigment and glitter combinations. For fully bespoke designs, submit a commission request.
Do you accept rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on our current production schedule. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes — we work with select retailers and event planners. Reach out via our contact page to discuss bulk pricing and timelines.
