Every piece from Trayz N' Beyond™ is handcrafted with care. Here's exactly what to expect when you order with us.
Ready-to-Ship vs. Made-to-Order
Ready-to-Ship — These pieces are finished, inspected, and ready to go. Orders ship within 1–3 business days, excluding federal holidays.
Personalized and Made-to-Order — These pieces are crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Production takes 3–5 business days, up to 7 business days during high-demand periods. After fulfillment, estimated USPS transit time is 3–7 business days. Free US shipping on orders $35+. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How It Works
Step 1 — Choose Your Design
Start with Personalize Your Piece and select your product. Choose pigment or mica colors, glitter, and any available personalization directly on the product page. Available options vary by piece. If you select text or an image option, enter your wording or upload your image there before adding the item to your cart.
Step 2 — Place Your Order
Review your selections, add your item to cart, and complete checkout. You do not need to email us or request a quote for the options offered on the product page. Orders of $35 or more qualify for free shipping within the United States. For bulk orders, large projects, or requests beyond the listed options, request a project quote.
Step 3 — Production
Once your order is confirmed, we get to work. Each Made-to-Order piece is poured, cured, sanded, and polished by hand in our Knoxville, TN studio. Ready-to-Ship items are packaged and dispatched promptly.
Step 4 — Quality Check & Ship
Every order goes through a final quality inspection before it's carefully packaged and shipped to you. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

How long does production take?

Can I request a specific color or design?
Yes. Browse Personalize Your Piece, choose your product, and select from its pigment, mica, glitter, and personalization options directly on the product page. No email or quote is needed for listed options. For bulk orders, large projects, or a design outside those options, use our project quote form.
Do you accept rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on our current production schedule. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout on eligible orders.
What if something is wrong with my order?
All physical-product sales are final, except damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery at support@trayznbeyond.com with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit. This applies to ready-to-ship and personalized physical items alike. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes — we work with select retailers and event planners. Use our project quote form to discuss bulk pricing and timelines.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States via USPS, with free shipping on orders of $35 or more. Contact us if you have questions about your location.
