Orders & Customization
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We offer fully customized pieces where you can upload your own images or designs. Each custom order is handcrafted to reflect your personal style. Contact us to get started.
How long does it take to make a custom order?
Custom orders typically take 5–7 business days to craft before shipping. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at erickowens@trayznbeyond.com if you need to make any adjustments.
Do you reproduce copyrighted or trademarked designs?
No. We do not reproduce copyrighted images, trademarked logos, or any intellectual property belonging to third parties (including but not limited to brand logos, sports team marks, or licensed characters). By submitting a custom order, you confirm that you own the rights to any images or designs provided. Trayz n' Beyond reserves the right to decline any order that violates these terms.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. Stay tuned as we expand to additional markets in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been fulfilled. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll resolve it promptly.

What materials do you use?
We use premium epoxy resin, carefully selected pigments, and high-quality materials to ensure every piece is as durable as it is beautiful.
Are your products food-safe?
Our trays and decorative pieces are designed for display and serving dry items. We do not recommend using them for direct food contact with liquids or hot items.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Many of our pieces are limited-edition or handmade-to-order, so restocks vary. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to be notified of new drops.
