Can I choose my own colors?

Yes! Every Flight Tray Set is fully customizable. You select your mica pigment and glitter color combination at checkout. For a fully bespoke design, submit a commission request.

Which tier is right for me?

If you want a statement piece on its own, Tier 1 is perfect. Tier 2 adds a matching coaster set for a cohesive look. Tier 3 is the full luxury experience — ideal as a gift or centerpiece setup.

How long does it take to make my set?

Each set is made to order and takes 5–7 business days to produce. During high-demand periods, allow up to 10 business days. You’ll be notified if there’s any delay.

What is the LED upgrade on the lamp base?

Tier 3 includes a standard white USB LED. You can upgrade to a remote RGB color-changing LED for an additional $8 — perfect for setting the mood.

Are the shot glasses included or an add-on?

The set of four 2” shot glasses is included free with the Tier 3 Complete Package — no extra charge.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we’ll make it right. Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before it ships.

Can I upgrade my tier after ordering?

Tier upgrades must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. Reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift message?

Yes — gift options may be available at checkout. Contact us if you have a special request and we’ll do our best to make it memorable.
